PROCESS DESCRIPTION
The rinse waters of the various processes are treated and recycled by independent units.
The essential parts of each unit are:
PUMP – FILTER – RESIN CLUMNS
Containing selective resins for each type of metal
ADVANTAGE OF THE SYSTEM
The method by which rinse waters are treated separately has the following advantages:
– higher flows of recycled water
– greater lifetime and higher retention capacity of resins
– recovery and reuse of metallic salts
– elimination of cross contamination risk between the various galvanic baths
– convertible and practicable in case of possibility change of productive cycle
– possibility of application to existing plants without modification.
